AMP uses an organizational assessment process to identify the reality of where a client is today and collaboratively works to determine where the organization wants to be in the future. From there, AMP provides a custom plan to achieve those results while supporting clients along their journey, including coaching to assist in setting up systems to measure progress and achieve repeatable success, and support for the teams on the ground without whom there would be no data to measure.
